Asalam o Alaikum everyone,
My blog is about smart goals that give us direction to what we want to achieve.As everyone has some goals and dreams but whether they are successful depends on how they implement them.So for that making goals smart using the smart criteria will give a sense of direction to everyone and increase the chance of their successfully completion.
My smart goal for the next six months is to improve my communication skills and make them effective,Because to work in civil services you have to be a good communicator.As communication plays a very important role in communicating policies to the public and supporting the delivery of public services successfully.
Communication bridges the gap between confusion and clarity.For that joined Amal Academy recently,making the habit of reading(newspaper,books,blogs), writing on random topics on a daily basis and doing online courses related to public speaking and communication on Coursera. Secondly I am introvert so i came out of my comfort zone and start to meet new people ,making friends and have a good time with them.
